The City of Benicia is located at the gateway of the Sacramento Delta. On Highways 780 and 680 at the southwestern portion of Solano County.

Benicia is roughly 12.9 square miles in size. It is the fifth largest City in Solano County. The current population is approximately 27,000 residents.

Benicia captures the small town atmosphere with a truly active old town main street which is located near by the well maintained Benicia Marina.
